International Finance Facility for Immunisation

The breakthrough is that the International Finance Facility for Immunisation plans to protect the lives of 5mn children in the next 10 years with funding from the DCs (UK $130mn, France $100mn, Italy $30mn, Sweden $27mn and Spain $12mn). While no one would disagree that this indeed is a noble step, the fund raising mechanisms raise a lot of question. ‘
